I wanted to express my gratitude for the scholarship that is allowing my daughter Joy to receive tutoring through 3D Learning Experts. Joy has dyslexia and ADHD, and learning to read has been a very difficult journey for her. As a baby and toddler she loved books, so I was surprised when she became so resistant to learning to read once she started school. I eventually discovered that reading was so difficult for her, it even caused stomach aches and headaches.
In just the first month and a half of tutoring, we are already seeing improvement. One of the most significant changes for me is the fact that Joy actually looks forward to tutoring. For the first time, learning to read feels supportive instead of overwhelming for her.
As a disabled single mom, specialized tutoring like this would not be possible for us without the scholarship. Your generosity is giving Joy access to the help she needs and the chance to build confidence in a vital skill that once felt impossible.

Before enrolling my daughter in 3D Reading and Learning, I was constantly worried about her reading abilities. Since kindergarten, she had always tested below grade level in every reading category. Every year I brought up my concerns, but they were brushed off and she was simply moved on to the next grade. As a parent, it was heartbreaking to watch her struggle and feel like no one was truly listening.
After just one year with 3D Reading and Learning, the growth has been incredible. Her Acadience scores skyrocketed — her Maze score improved from 11 to 21, her retell score jumped from 21 to 80, and her ORF score increased from 97 to 143. For the first time ever, she is now at or above grade level in every reading category. I'm so sad that it took until 5th grade for her to get the help she needed. Imagine what she would've been able to accomplish had she gotten this sort of attention in 1st grade!

We love 3D Reading! After seeing the way our son would shut down during other therapies, school, and other activities we felt very unsure if he would even engage in an online tutoring session. His tutor was warm, kind and put down all his defenses. He got him talking and enjoying various activities. This seemed like such a win in itself, but to our total delight, our son not only engaged in the tutoring sessions, but we found him becoming more confident and expressive at school and at home.
