Current Job Openings: 1 Online Teacher Posted 10/7/2026

3D Reading and Learning is a nonprofit intended to bring the highest quality support to students with learning disabilities and academic struggles, at a price that families can actually afford. Just because it's affordable doesn't mean it isn't top-notch. In fact, we're one of the few programs that offers neuro-training, primitive reflex integration and all the academic training of other programs, and we have a success rate of over 98%.

This is why we've been growing steadily, gaining students almost every week, and now need to hire 1 more teacher! If you want to learn more, there is a lot of information on the application (this page is just a quick rundown to give you an idea of what the job is like).

If you have any questions, please reach out! We're a friendly, close-knit team and we're looking forward to adding another member.

  • We are ideally looking for certified teachers and/or those with teaching experience, or experience working with students with learning disabilities.

  • Because 3D Learning operates 100% online, our teachers need to be comfortable using technology and enjoy learning new things.

  • We seek out teachers who are kind, patient and aware of kids' needs, and who don't mind changing plans on the spot if necessary to help a student.

  • You do NOT have to live in Utah to teach. We can work with anyone in the United States with our payroll.

Qualifications

  • We offer great flexibility, with part-time to full-time work working completely from home where you set your own schedule.

  • We sincerely support our teachers and each other; it is a happy and uplifting atmosphere to work in

  • The job is challenging and no day is exactly the same (you may hate or love that, our teachers stay because they love it)

  • It is incredibly rewarding to make a real difference in students lives. It isn't uncommon for 3D Learning to be a student's last hope to read, be successful or go back to school, and we have never failed to help anyone yet who was willing to stay and learn.

  • You learn about the brain, common learning disorders and how to support them, and how wonderful (if sometimes challenging!) neurodivergent thinking really is

  • You get to explore and use tech and multiple techniques, programs and resources in fun ways to help kids.

Our 11 employees love working here because:

  • As a nonprofit, the pay is $18 an hour. We know this is not a competitive rate, but we literally would have to drop a half-dozen kids tomorrow if we charged them more.

  • There will likely be some time you donate, but not more than an hour or two a week.

  • If you are uncomfortable with technology, this job isn't likely for you. We are happy to train you on the technology and the different tools we use.

  • HOURS WILL LIKELY CHANGE, and students are sometimes shuffled. Students graduate, might need a teacher with specialized skills, or might decide to stop coming for whatever reason. We try our best to maintain schedules for our teachers that are ideal for them.

  • 3D teachers have to deeply care their student's needs and progress. Teachers have to be able to think about and analyze a students needs and where they are at to know what to teach when, sometimes making split-second decisions during a lesson.

  • That said, we work with people all the time. If this sounds like something you want to do, and you have teaching experience, we can help you get there.
